Yes, if you have adequate English and computer skills, and a reasonably stable Internet connection, I can probably help you.
Please contact me for pricing. There are discounts available, if you purchase coaching sessions or consulting hours as pre-paid blocks.
If you're concerned about privacy, I recommend and accept Monero (XMR). Note: Payments made with Monero are not considered paid until my wallet has received 10 confirmations of the transaction.
Otherwise, payment is handled by PayPal, Stripe, or Wise. I encourage you to read the policies of the relevant payment processor.
All payments must be made in-full prior to our appointment.
Monero is the leading cryptocurrency focused on private and censorship-resistant transactions. I encourage you to visit Get Monero to learn more.
Send me a message via one of our established communications channels as soon as possible. If your notice is more than twenty-four hours in advance, we can reschedule without any additional charges. If it's less than twenty-four hours before our scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit a percentage of the cost of the appointment, as detailed below:
Between 20 and 24 hours notice = 10%
Between 12 and 20 hours notice = 30%
Between 4 and 12 hours notice = 70%
Less than 4 hours notice = 90%
The remainder of the appointment cost will be held as a credit on your account, available for use towards your next appointment.
Send me a message via one of our established communications channels as soon as possible. An appointment is considered 'missed' if you do not show within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. There are no refunds for missed appointments -- you will forfeit 100% of the appointment cost. When you're ready to reschedule, you will be charged as normal.
If you get stuck on a difficult task, we can go over it during our next session, if you'd like.
If you feel confident with the task but need more time to complete it, we may still be able to continue with the next session plan.
We can always slow down, if you find the tasks daunting or piling-up, just let me know.
It's not that simple. Firstly, that would require me to have access to all of your online accounts, including any multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens associated with them.
Secondly, this won't help you with new accounts and devices in the future. Developing your skills and a privacy-conscious mindset is more valuable than hastily resolving your immediate issues. Remediation and maintenance are not quick, once-off tasks, they require persistence.
Ultimately, you can't, but that shouldn't apply exclusively to Australian businesses. It's true that Australian laws are not great for privacy, but we're far from the only country with questionable laws regarding digital rights.
Whilst I may not agree with the Australian government's laws relating to privacy, I am obligated to comply. Read my Legal Disclaimer for more information.

No. I'm not interested in helping criminals hide from the law. I will not work with anyone whom I believe is committing, or planning to commit, criminal acts. Read my Legal Disclaimer for more information.
